Before You Arrive

When You Arrive
Our reception team will greet you and offer you a seat. You’ll be offered a beverage, and your stylist will come to meet you shortly.
The Consultation
Your stylist will review your reference photos, assess your hair texture and condition, and make honest recommendations about what’s achievable in one session.
During the Service
You can relax, watch Netflix, or chat. Your stylist will check in throughout to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with progress.
After the Service
Your stylist will walk you through aftercare advice in English and recommend products if needed.
